Contact FAQ
Which office should I contact — Canada or USA?
Contact the office for the country where the monument will be delivered. Canadian addresses are handled by our Canada team in Pickering, Ontario; US addresses by our US office. Either team can answer general questions.
How quickly will I get a quote?
Most quotes are sent within 24 business hours. Include the monument style, size, granite colour, inscription and delivery address to get an accurate DAP-delivered price first time.
Can I send drawings, photos or cemetery rules?
Yes. The contact and quote forms accept file attachments, or you can email them. Cemetery regulations help us size the design so it is approved first time.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Our Canadian warehouse is at 600 Granite Court, Unit 909, Pickering, Ontario. Please call ahead so a team member is available to show you finished monuments.
Do you deliver to my address?
We deliver door-to-door across Canada and the USA under DAP terms — freight, customs clearance and duties are included in the quoted price.
